Location of this place is very good. Close to the tram station, subway, not far from the city train station (you can walk or take a bus or tram). The street is a shopping street - there is everything you might need including a supermarket, pharmacy etc. We found there a good ramen place just nearby the corner, if needed a soup - we went there :) it was very easy to find a place - the host is sending you a detailed guide about it. Host is ok - they are online and answering when needed. The place has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one living room. The living room/kitchen has a coffee machine which was a great help in a mornings. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, but since the windows are towards the street - it's always noisy at night, even if all are closed. There is a small fridge there, it's enough for the short stay if you don't cook too much and don't buy things. there is a washing machine, a hair dryer as well.

There is no window in living room. The front door is the window if you open it. But if you close - it's like in a coffin. Very uncomfortable feeling to spend an evening in there. Also there is no any space between front door and the living room - it's like one corridor/room where you have the entrance, the kitchen and the staircase on the second floor. we preferred not to spend time there, had our breakfast and left the place. It's not for the long evenings together with a view, forget it. As for the 2 floors: there is a staircase to the second floor and it's not feasible to get your luggage upstairs, the stairs are toooooo narrow. Actually you can't be too big to go there either, if you are more than a woman 65kg - you might have issues. I mean it. there is a bathroom on the second floor and it's not possible to stand in the bath, you physically unable to do that due to low ceiling. You have to be a kid to be comfortable there. Or be seated during taking a shower. There is a hot water issue, if the one is using a bathroom - another one will have to wait - 2 people cannot be at 2 bathrooms at the same time, impossible, no water pressure. We had to plan our mornings who wakes up when to be able to take a shower.
