The property is located on the “tourist route,” in the private “Belle Allée” residential complex, close to the amenities of the town of St-François. The town of Saint-François, with its market, shops, marina, and numerous restaurants, is a 5-minute drive away, as are the casino and the 18-hole golf course. For thrill-seekers, microlight flights, skydiving, and a freefall simulator are also available at the Saint-François airfield.
From the cottage, you can swim at the small, secluded beach/cove—accessible on foot and located within the resort—or walk to the public beach at Manganao via the coastal path (an 8-minute walk).
The vacation rental features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, nightstands, a dresser, a bathroom, and a toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the terrace, includes a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric oven, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a washing machine—as well as all the amenities you’ll need for a pleasant stay. An outdoor griddle is also available for your use.
The 40 m² covered terrace is well-ventilated and features a dining area (with an extendable table seating up to 8 people) and a small sitting area; it opens onto a private garden of approximately 90 m² planted with a variety of local species (coconut palm, banana tree, passion fruit, porcelain rose, cactus...)
