About this villa rental
Majeya villa is located on private property, secure, ventilated, quiet. You will enjoy an unobstructed view, a private swimming pool. 5 mins drive from the first beach and the center of Saint-François.
With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the villa is furnished entirely new. It has 2 air conditioned bedrooms (one composed of a 160/200 canopy bed and the other with an area of 25 m2 on the first floor is equipped with 2 twin beds convertible to King 90/200 size 180, 1 sofa bed 140) convenient for children, 2 ensuite bathrooms with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living and the terrace, a nice patio deck where you can enjoy the pool without vis-à-vis, 300 m2 garden.
The villa is equipped with a sofa, flat screen TV, 1 table and 6 chairs, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, sunbathing, patio furniture, solar outdoor shower, barbecue, picnic cooler. All bed linen is provided, hairdryers (cot on request), internet connection (wireless).
Saint-François seaside resort, perfect for decompressing, you will find several beautiful beaches, a marina, an international 18 hole golf course, a casino, you practice all water sports, an airfield for air recreation (skydiving, baptism of air, visit microlight plane ...).
Departure by stars or boats to visit the other islands of Guadeloupe (La Désirade, Petite Terre, Marie-Galante, Les Saintes).
On arrival a welcome snack, a tropical fruit basket and first breakfast are offered.

We had a great stay at Madame Gochaye's rental, very clean and modern, the pool is fantastic for young kids and the deck is great for relaxing. Definitely need a car as it's located a short drive out of Sainte-Francois. The hosts were very welcoming and it was lovely to be greeted with some local rum punch and snacks when we arrived. We were a family of four and it was perfect for us, the listing notes that it can accommodate six but I think it would be quite cramped with more than four. Only thing I would note is there was some disagreement over a €50 cleaning fee on departure that was not disclosed in our initial VRBO contract, so may want to ask about cleaning upfront so there's no surprises. But in general, a recommended property for exploring Grande-Terre!
