This delightful, characterful holiday home is located in the charming conservation area of Deal. The elegant Georgian three storey building has been lovingly decorated by the owners, with some fabulous finishing touches and they have thought of everything guests will need for the perfect stay.
Situated in a quiet side street just off the main promenade and beach, Noggin is also just a few yards from both the buzzing high street with its delis, boutique shops and cafes and restaurants.
The house has a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove, a lower ground floor kitchen / dining room, a delightful sunny courtyard and upstairs are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room.

Facilities at Noggins were excellent and comfortable. The cottage is close to the beach, and we were lucky to have sunshine throughout our stay, so we didn’t spend much time indoors. There are shops and pubs nearby.
Do take note of the comment about the stairs—quite tricky, even for able-bodied people.

Perfect place to enjoy the lovely town of Deal! Property was well equipped and with a cosy feel ideal for Christmas.

We found the layout tricky, super narrow stairs, kitchen in the basement, everything looks a lot bigger in the photos.
No shampoo, body wash etc so we had to go out and buy that.

Great position; very well equipped; a wonderful, cozy home for a couple or family. Just be aware that, as with many properties in this area, the stairs are very steep!
