Victory House is a stunning, colonial style property overlooking Oldstairs Bay in Kingsdown. This wonderful family home with 4 bedrooms is now being made available for summer bookings. Immaculately presented and furnished in a sophisticated, classic seaside style the accommodation also boasts a wonderful conservatory and lawned gardens. Enjoy far reaching views over the English Channel whilst relaxing on the black and white tiled verandah. Victory House is perfect for families, groups and special occasions.
The dining room is a huge light-filled room with white shutters and a wood burner. There is a stunning conservatory which overlooks the pretty garden with seating outside. The hallway has two lovely big armchairs to sit and read or look at the crashing waves below. The sitting room is an impressively large room, with enormous sofas and a wonderful open fire. There are again windows to the front, with magnificent views to the sea and the beach.There is a wonderfully equipped kitchen with a useful utility area or a perfect place for the beach gear. The four double bedrooms are truly comfortable and two boast sea views.This really is a unique seaside dream home.
After a lazy breakfast step outside and breathe in that salty air, there is no better way to start the day. Clamber down the few steps on to the beach for a dip or when the tide is out grab the fishing nets and do some rock pooling.

We stayed with our grown daughters and their partners, booked the sunshine too. Gardens front and back to catch the sun or sea breeze or shelter as you wished. Every bedroom is large and comfortable. Big kitchen and we cooked a lot. Coffee machine was popular. TV struggled with all the family on WiFi.
Great spot for walking over the cliffs with chalk meadows full of late summer wild flowers to St Margaret’s bay; lunched at The Coast Guard and the Pines. Walked to Walmer Castle via coast path and into Deal, evening drinks at Zetland Arms watching the sun go down. Beach is stony bring shoes to go in water.
Beautiful house, lots of space, really comfortable, can park the car and get about on foot.

The location of this house cannot be disputed extraordinary and the sense of light and space as well as feeling incredibly homely. A couple of things to the owners that might be helpful is that there are actually only a couple of dining chairs other than the bench for a house that seats eight. The upstairs bathroom needs updating and attention. It does not really fit with the rest of the house. However, the beds are incredibly comfortable. Bedlinen is good could be better for the price, as well as the towels. which were basic but adequate. The generosity of all the fittings and fixtures was unstinting in so very many ways. We hope our feedback is constructive and kind and helpful to the next family or friends or both. You are lucky enough to stay at victory at Cliff thank you very much

The house is a typical beautiful English house. Very cozy and on a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it. Also a big compliment to KEEPERS Cottage for the good service, rapid response and their flexibility. Highly appreciated.

We had the most idyllic time at Victory at Cliffe. The location is unbelievable - the sunrises and sunsets from the garden are breathtaking, looking out at the sea. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the decor is lovely. It's also the perfect base from which to explore this part of Kent and we took day trips to Hastings, Deal and Canterbury. Victory is a very special place and we very much hope to return again.
