La propreté, la coquetterie, la literie très confortable.
La Clim qui fait un peu de bruit, mais il apparaît difficile d’avoir un autre système, il y a une Clim c’est déjà ça.

Le logement était particulièrement bien placé pour que ma fille puisse passer des épreuves du baccalauréat.
2 petits points d'amélioration : la climatisation est bruyante et de l'isolation phonique serait nécessaire car l'appartement donne directement sur les boulevards.

La proximité avec tous les commerces et notre futur logement L’agencement de l’appartement où tout est optimisé
Il est très bruyant La télé est à changer impérativement car le son est vraiment très mauvais Le climatiseur est très bruyant mais fonctionne correctement
