Cute vintage place that was clean and close to town. Would recommend it.

Clean, close to town, comfortable bed, decent shower. Laundry.

There were clear instructions on how to get in to the property, but not clear instructions on how to lock the door when leaving and our local contact did not return a text until the next day to clarify. We had to lock the front door from inside, go out the back door with the key and jump over the fence because it’s rusted shut. My daughter nearly fell twice. The neighbors were yelling at each other and they have a barking dog. Only one small sofa, need a second one for 4 guests.

Disappointed

Staff failed to get back to me about a schedule change request. The door code is 10 and timed out if not entered very quickly. Frustrating. Twin bed in the second bedroom is very uncomfortable. And the overhead light glowed all night even when turned off.

Absolutely lovely place to spend some time time with loved ones. Can’t wait to go back.

Was a perfect place to stay on the way up the coast with family and friends situated between Florence/Newport. Close to good food and the facilities were so well stocked to suit anything that we could have wanted to do.

Cant access the beach at all from any of the ends of the streets.

Very high price for a clean dump. Will not use Vacasa again. Disappointed in Booking.com

There was no breakfast supplied. The Krieg Coffee Maker had no coffee pods??? Did not see a host or any way to contact people caring for cottage.

Coffee is a must. Musty smell to cottage. The outside of cottage looks like it might be a druggy residence.

Acceptable for the price…

Location, quiet neighborhood, beachy decor, home amenities, dog friendly.

I really hate to leave a sub par review because the location of this home is terrific and it allows pets, it also had great amenities so if that’s all you are looking for then this home will suit you. Cons…No windows in the home open (fire safety hazard) none of the blinds in the home closed all of the way down and there was no way to fix this as the chords had been removed. The fenced area in the back is too short and gave no privacy from next door neighbor. The home needs quite a bit of handy person attention, one example: the bath faucet looked to be leaking down behind the shower insert which prevented anyone from taking a bath. The floors needed to be mopped (I dont believe anyone swept b4 we arrived.) The two small throw rugs in the living room were wet with fresh pet urine as well so we had to wash those on arrival and the bed sheets hadn’t been changed so we had to wash the sheets and pillow cases as well (there were no spares)…thankful there was a washer and dryer. (This may not have been at the fault of the owner but rather the mgt company Vacasa). The home is cute and has a lot of potential though.

Clean, cosy, comfortable and quiet. Loved sitting on the beach in the evening listening to the seals

The location was good and within walking distance of the town and just a few minutes walk from the beach.

I’m British and drink tea so a kettle would be a very nice addition and maybe a couple of garden chairs to sit out on the back patio.
