Beautiful and almost brand new building, very comfortable room and the warmest of welcomes from the host. Lovely breakfast as well.

The room was clean and reasonably spacious. The bed was a good size and the duvets were nice. The hot water is instant.

This isn't really a hotel, more a bunch of ensuite rooms in a large, very modern house with breakfast served in a communal dining room. The absence of an on-site reception means having to be very precise with arrival and breakfast times which is tricky when you are on a long journey. Because of the lack of facilities on site, you have to decide what breakfast you want the day before, which again is tricky when you're travelling and don't know how you'll sleep, when you'll wake and what you'll want to eat. There was no armchair in the room so you either have to sit on the desk chair or the bed. There are no facilities for tea/coffee making in the room. There is no hairdryer in the room. The grounds are unfinished with dead trees in the "garden" and a pond with a dead branch floating in it. The location is on a busy main road which means you can't have the window open at night unless you are a very deep sleeper.

Nice little hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast in a cozy place. And top service from the friendly hostess!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr modern, heimelig und freundlich.

Der persönliche, sehr herzliche Umgang. Ich musste etwas früher einchecken. Das ging Gott sei Dank. Beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen noch sehr nett miteinander gesprochen. Äußerst reizende Menschen.. ❤️

Nur eines: die Lage an der Hauptstraße. Aber dank Jalousien schläft man himmlisch gut und hinten gibt es einen Garten mit Koiteich
