Da centralidade, da ideia do espaço exterior para refeições.
Precisa de algumas reformas, possívelmente pelo facto de os materiais utilizados não serem os ideiais. Vários mosaicos do chão rachados e com falta de agregação, quando se anda em cima balançam e rangem, porta de entrada no quarto com falta de afinação, bate quando abrem outras portas de outros quartos ou da rua, base do beliche estava estalada.
