Everything. The flat is equipped with everything (and more) you need. Perfect location to walk/drive to the old town. Free parking available. In addition to all of this, you will get to know an amazing host that will provide the guidance and support you need to make your stay memorable.

The apartment is beautifully and tastefully designed, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay – cozy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom. A guaranteed parking space is a big plus.
The host was always available, kind, and friendly. The old town is a bit further away ( but it’s only a 10-minute drive), so if you have a car, it’s no issue – in fact, it’s a bonus, as the area is calm and peaceful.
On weekdays there’s a bit of background noise from nearby construction, but this is temporary and shouldn’t affect your decision to stay here.

A very modern apartment with a little view to the ocean. The host, Mirjana, was very friendly and reachable via WhatsApp at every time! There's plenty of shopping nearby (Lidl, etc.). Uber isn't very expensive (5 Euros to the town of Zadar).
It was a bit hot because the rooms don't have AC. But the AC in the living room is strong so it was a bit cooler then. But that wasn't very disturbing.
