The spaciousness of the property, lovely big kitchen diner. Every appliance you could want, a real home from home.The views were outstanding and the location was peaceful but close to all amenities. We had a fabulous family break.We will definitely be back again.
Lack of a garden space behind the house meant there was nowhere to securely let out our dog. No drying area was an inconvenience, the path up to the house was a bit slippy after it rained. The above are minor observations and these should be noted as hyper critical...... we will book again and loved the house and its location.

Very spacious and clean.
Loo roll holders ok for men when standing but difficult to reach for people when seated.
Info received said to bring tea towels but on arrival tea towels were there but no dishcloths.
Missing some small touches which could add an extra level of comfort. Binoculars would be a nice touch to ID the shore bird life, the leaflets and tourist info are outdated, could do with a chair or something to drape clothes/towels I’ve in the downstairs double bedroom. A hairdryer would be useful.
Loo roll holder in single loo downstairs needs tightening up. Downstairs shower head and drain need clearing, there’s a coat hook that’s come off in the entrance hall before be arrived - seems was not properly affixed (no rawl plug).
Just providing you feedback this is not a criticism of the place we had a lovely stay just might improve things for future guests. I also struggled a lot with being able to communicate with you the apps both booking.com and Sykes make it very tricky to contact you. I never received the confirmation I requested that my message re twin beds had been received however the beds were set up correctly on arrival.
