La climatización, las camas y que la dueña estuviera pendiente de nuestras peticiones.
- Que el segundo baño fuera pequeño y estuviera fuera de la casa, aunque si estaba dentro de la propiedad, no estaba integrado en la vivienda. Habia que salir al descansillo. .La ducha tenía poco espacio y se salía el agua debajo de la puerta. Tuvimos que estar con la fregona recogiendo el agua, cada vez que nos duchabamos. Lo que no me gustó es que fue inesperado porque no aparecía foto en Booking sobre este baño.Me hubiera gustado tener está información antes de llegar a la vivienda.

O apartamento tem cozinha bem equipada e quartos bons. A sala é grande e garante uma boa interação.
A anfitriã não soube se comunicar facilmente conosco, sendo algumas vezes ríspida. Achou ruim pois estávamos saindo do apartamento no horário marcado para o check out, atrasando 5 minutos, pore´m ela não estava lá no horário marcado para check in, e tivemos que esperar. O aquecedor não funcionou muito bem e passamos frio, e quando ligamos o ar condicionado para ajudar a aquecer o dijuntor caia. A casa fica distante do centro histórico e passamos o ano novo em Florença na Hard Rock, e tivemos que voltar a pé por 45 minutos no frio as 3 horas da manhã, pois não conseguiamos pegar uber, taxi e os ônibus não estavam circulando.
