Location, cleanliness, facilities and the warm welcome by the owner.
A more powerful shower would be nice. Other than that everything was to a high standard. Excellent really.

Ruim en comfortabel ingericht authentiek huis. Ontzettend goed uitgeruste keuken. Goeie centrale ligging en prachtige omgeving om enkele Schotse hoogtepunten te bezoeken (Stirling, Highlands, Trosachs, Edinburgh met trein, ...). Fijn stadje met veel faciliteiten (winkels, bakker, beenhouwer, koffiezaak, art shop, ...) langs de deur. Super vriendelijke eigenaar die ons met lokaal lekkers verwelkomde. Zwem- en watersport mogelijkheden in Loch Earn vlakbij. Klein koertje is ideaal op te BBQ'en maar niet om uitgebreid buiten te verpozen. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de buurt.
Ligging langs redelijk drukke baan maakte het soms wat lawaaierig 's nachts met doorgaand verkeer (met het raam open evenwel). Tekort aan goeie stoelen aan de eettafel (één was doorgezakt, is oplosbaar).
