Clean, centrally located, multiple bathrooms and plugs. Possibility to book multiple apartments, very handy for a bigger group.

One of the living rooms was very dark, but we weren’t home very much anyway, so not a problem.

Good location and quiet

Very good location, centric and quiet. 15 minutes walk from railway station. Nicely renovated. Spacious. Very clean. Brescia is a lovely town, not very touristy - but great for a couple of days.

Very small kitchen inside closet, small fridge (hotel minibar size) and small kitchen sink (literally shoebox size). No kitchen towels and nowhere to dry dishes. Nowhere to hang clothes and towels in bathroom when showering. Too soft mattress in my opinion.

Splendid well presented apartment

Excellent facility. Checking in instructions straight to the point. Correspondences before and after visit was superb from the team. One of the best properties we've stayed in Europe, and mind you, we've done a lot!

Clean apartment, great location

Very noisy during the night (mechanical sound) bed very squeaky, not the best pillows. Was there 2 nights and only 2 coffee pods for 2 people.

A nice apartment in the very center of the city. Towels and bed linen are very clean. The person we found at the agency 2nd day of our stay and who takes care of accommodation and guests, was very kind.

Wi-fi very poor - only in the kitchen. The heating worked very poorly or didn't work at all, so showering was a problem. The double bed creaks a lot when turning in it. For stay of 5 days, 4 of us got 3 rolls of toilet paper and gel for just one shower.

The location was excellent, and just by itself made the property a very good choice for us. The apartments are newly renovated. The staff were helpful.

The WIFI worked well only in some parts of the apartment but did not work at all in others, for example in the bedrooms.

Ottimo appartamento in centro a Brescia.

La posizione, il chiostro interno, due bagni, forno a microonde, ascensore.

1. Sono allergico alla polvere e il letto matrimoniale era chiaramente pieno di acari. Ho dovuto dormire nel lettino singolo. 2. Il bagno principale é pieno di muffa. 3. Se si viaggia con il passeggino bisogna per forza aprire la seconda anta del portone principale ogni volta che si entra e si esce, un po’ scomodo. 4. L’illuminazione della cucina é un po’ scarsa. Quella dei corridoi si spegne da sola e dura troppo poco.

Un buen lugar para recorrer Brescia, dormir muy bien y comer fuera.

El departamento es muy amplio y está bien amueblado. La ubicación es magnífica y se puede llegar muy fácilmente desde la estación del tren.

Las instalaciones para preparar alimentos son casi no funcionales, porque son diminutas y están encerradas en un armario con dos puertas corredizas. El refrigerador es diminuto y necesita urgentemente ser descongelado.

posizione centralissima, pulizia eccellente, check in facile, personale disponible online

il sistema immondizia é da rivedere, ho dovuto portare io via l'immondizia e buttarla in aeroporto perche´ il sistema implementato dall'host non ha senso per i soggiorni brevi (ancora cerco di capire come andando via la domenica, avrei dovuto buttare la carta che ritirano il mercoledi). inoltre, le foto su booking lasciavano intendere una struttura di appartamento diversa mentre la casa si sviluppa principalmente in lungo. consiglio al proprietario di parlare con chi abita al piano superiore e ha la terrazza poiche´ mentre eravamo nel cortiletto a fumare un pezzo di vaso rotto da quelli del piano di sopra mi e´ quasi caduto in testa.

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr sicher. Es gab einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof

Wohnung sehr hellhörig. 2 von 3 Tagen hatten wir im 1.Stock unter uns mit Terrasse Familie mit schreienden Kleinkindern sowohl außen gut hörbar als auch innen durch die Wand inkl Getrampel. Auch TV... Wohnung im vorderen Bereich sehr dunkel.
