Location is perfect, short distance and within 10 minutes walk to Hakata station. Room size is decent and clean.
Self check-in kiosk is probably not necessary since staff was on hand to assist. No free water provided in the room.

clean, nice rooms, service was superb, amenities were also plentiful. near main hakata station, near pokemon station. across the street also a lawson and 7 eleven 300m away on the same street
very strict rules on check in, early check in requires extra payment, and lift always stops at 2nd reception floor. breakfast was horrible and disgusting. it is mainly preheated microwaved food. eggs were not fresh eggs. fish were not fresh and had lots of bones

Everything great, clean place, excelent service
My only concern is just because I need to go to the international airport with 4 luggages, it would be better if I stayed near the other gate, which is closer to the airport bus. But I could manage just fine.

very convenient to the JR station and the rental car agency we rented from the following day
the room was microscopic even by Japanese standards
