Would definitely recommend for the price.
The bed was very neat and well-made. The towels provided were also spotless and fresh, along with the individually wrapped shampoos and soaps. The water bottle was a nice touch. The host also did a splendid job explaining the keys.

Pretty good, would stay again!
Host was very friendly and allowed me to check in early, with very clear instructions. Made sure to introduce himself in the morning before I left as well. Simple food preparation facilities but had a microwave, and a fridge in the room so great for me. Not too much of a trek from the lower town but about 30-40 minutes from the upper town.
Throw on the bed had a few stains on it.

Great apartment in the peaceful / less touristy area of Bergamo
Great last minute arrangement due flight changes, room in an apartment slight outside the center of Bergamo, very peaceful area but easy to reach places like Citta Alta, the train station & various shops and eateries near.
The room had a fridge, great TV, a good bed and powerful AC for the Italian Summer heat.
Bathroom was seperated of the room but only shared with one other room, looked great & clean - I didn't had the feeling someone was there.
Also a small living quarters in the hall with coffee maker / warm water / microwave etc.

The place is very nice, clean, comfortable. Widows directed to the backyard side, so can sleep calmly even with open windows. Bathroom big, clean and comfortable. The place is walking distance from station and city center.

A clean spacious room very convenient for the airport
The room was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. It had a small balcony which was nice as well. We got clear instructions on how to check in and our host Lucky was very communicative and helpful. It is extremely close to Bergamo airport and was ideal for us as we needed a place to stay after a late flight.
The villa is very close to the centre and you can walk into town but the roads are a little difficult to walk on without much space for pedestrians. The host offered to give us a ride to the train station which was very kind. The bathroom was private but it was external to the room which was ok but a little inconvenient to bring the key there every time. It would be better if the bathroom had just an internal lock or a passcode or something

Good spot
Everything was sorted remotely and efficiently. I booked last minute, but it worked out perfectly. You find the key in a deposit box and get access to the room. The room was big and nice and had a window to the opposite building. There's a big open cupboard with hangers in the room. I didn't much check out the town, but the old city is only about ten minutes away on foot.
There's no parking spot, so it's in the street. If you're lucky, you'll find a spot right in front.
The shared bathroom did not have a closed off shower space (there's a bathtub without curtain) so it's a bit wet all over afterwards.

Exceeded all expectations!
Villa Gaffurio exceeded all expectations with its outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. When my friend missed his flight, the owner went above and beyond to provide him with a safe place to stay, even late at night. The next day, the owner personally assisted him to the airport with a friendly attitude. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. I highly recommend Villa Gaffurio for its warm hospitality and comfortable accommodations.

The room was nicely decorated, spacious and bright. It was kept clean.
The location of the B&B is ideal for reaching either the train station or stadium via foot. The road it sits on is quiet and not very busy.
The staff were a nightmare, and the check-in/out process frustrating.
They emailed 3 different times asking for my arrival time despite me replying every single time via the Booking.com answering service, and yet on the day of my arrival they were still unaware of my arrival time. When provided with this arrival time, I was then tasked with contacting a third person, who was 20 minutes late to the appointment (an amount of time I had to wait in a street with no sidewalks with all my luggage).
They tried to give me a different (much smaller) room than the one pictured, and when I complained they were adamant that the mistake was mine but they'd be kind enough to warrant the 'upgrade'. Big red flag.
The house was completely empty and dark, as I was the only resident, and absolutely freezing. The only form of heating was an air-con unit which blew loads of hot hair but did little to warm up the room and almost nothing to warm up the toilet.
I used the (very nice) hot tub to warm up and mid-bath the tub started leaking water on the bathroom floor, covering it in an inch of cold water which I had to dry up myself with the provided towels - safe to say I didn't enjoy that.
The next day, I checked out at 10am as per instructions. I received a call at 8pm with the 'owner' (?) of the flat who wanted to berate me and scold me for 'not turning off the heating' before I left. He blamed me for the fact that he had to pay 'excessive bills' and said it was my fault the property was unattended and heated for so long. I apologised for the mishap and explained I didn't notice the heating was on since I woke up to a cold room and explained I had no idea he wouldn't be back for so many hours.
Despite this, the owner continue to berate me even after my apology and after I stated I was busy working (I was on a work trip) and would hear no reason. Not even sure what the call was for? Baffling.

Efficient and central to airport
A close proximity from the airport - about ten mins drive with a taxi. Safe and quiet street. The host was very kind and even brought me into the centre where I could get some coffee and a pastry 😊
The room I stayed in was very dark, other rooms are much nicer and spacious that I seen in the property, some blankets are needed and a small side lamp. The bottle of water in the fridge was open when I got there so it had been used. The bathroom is shared with another room - very clean. The shower head is in a bath so a bit hard to shower. No soap provided which would it been nice. The lock on the door doesn’t feel like it works properly.

It’s very stylish and tasteful.
The name is a bit misleading as there was no breakfast offered. Also, there were just a few too many little things that we found inconvenient. The shared bathroom only has a bathtub (there is a shower head installed, but either you have to crouch in the tub or you splash water all over). The doors are squeaky and the locks don’t work properly (both for the room and for the shared bathroom) and we suspect that it’s the same key for the doors (i.e. that other guests could have unlocked our room, but we’re not quite sure). The water bottle in our fridge had already been opened.

Bardzo dobre położenie, cicho, a jednak blisko centrum i dworca głównego. Pokój czysty, pościel pachnącą.
