Hotel and the City, Rooftop City View

Great location, helpful staff and apartment was the perfect. We were fully aware of the size of the apartment before arriving and knew it would be cosy for 4 adults and luggage but it was all we needed as we were hardly there!

Air-conditioning was loud but ear plugs worked perfectly and I slept through.

Honestly I dont understand the negative reviews, this hotel is a top notch, excellent location, super clean, staff Henry keeps communicating ensuring the guests have everything they need. The view from terrace was absolutely stunning, you wont find a place like this anywhere else in NYC for that price The room is small-ish, just like any rooms in Paris, London, Tokyo- I travel for work and leisure and this definitely wasnt the smallest room Ive stayed in. All the comments about nowhere to put suitcases- yes you can place them under each bed- opened and you can pull them and retrieve items when needed I highly recommend this place as it was one of the highlights of our US trip

It has a great location, the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were excellent. The terrace also has a really beautiful view.

The room looked more spacious in the pictures.

Lots of beds and good air conditioning. The hosts were kind and we could leave of luggage without any issue. We had enough of everything, you pay what you get in a good way.

The TV was small and the internet was very bad. Could say much more than that.
