The location was good and it was a modern apartment

Once we got into the property we had no information as to which one was our room. No number, no sign, no email informing as if it’s on the ground floor or in the first floor and which one was it. So we had to try each door, quite risky considering that someone else could be inside one of the other rooms. Also, we had no information as to how to turn on the heat for warm water. In fact we thought that there was no warm water. We had to shower with cold water and call them to ask for instructions only for them to say that they forgot to email us about it. We managed to turn in on afterwards. Very unprofessional!! Lastly, the property does not have internet connection. Even though it is said in the amenities description, WiFi is quite important and the hosts need to really sort this out.
