Very modern apartment, spacious for a family of 4 and amazing airconditioning unit (i.e., heat pump providing cool air throughout the apartment equally). It had a fully equipped kitchen and appliances (including a washing machine).
The apartment is located close to the city center (short walking distance to the city, even thought it does not look like it when you arrive; just google it). The distance to the beach is 10min by car (which is not walkable), but we knew that when we booked. I used to live in Kalamata and I knew that which was totally OK for me, but maybe other people have different expectations.

Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος βρίσκεται κεντρικά , ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός άνετος και πλήρης εξοπλισμένος . Μείναμε αρκετά ικανοποιημένοι θα το επισκεπτόμαστε ξανά και πάλι. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει μ οτιδήποτε χρειάζεται.

Είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία ειδικά εάν δεν έχεις αυτοκίνητο.
Έλλειψη βασικών παροχών όπως χαρτί τουαλέτας, χαρτί κουζίνας, σαπούνι χεριών, δεύτερο σετ σεντόνια. Στο κάλυμμα του καναπέ υπήρχε πολλή σκόνη. Το καζανάκι πετάει νερά παντού και παρ' ότι αυτό έχει σχολιαστεί και από άλλους δεν το είχαν φτιάξει όταν μείναμε μέσα. Ακόμη υπήρχε διαρκής φασαρία από τους γείτονες στο πάνω σπίτι που τουλάχιστον σταμάταγε τις νυχτερινές ώρες.
