Some of the facilty were not upto the mark . Like the cooler or the plug of the ac was damaged.

Perfect Location: The location alone is worth booking this place and is the best you can get for the money. We traveled with our 4 and 2-year-old, so being close to the museums and attractions was essential so we could easily pop back for the youngest one's afternoon nap. The nearby Underground can get you to attractions outside of walking distance in about 30 minutes. Convenient Kitchen: Having a small kitchen was a nice bonus. It allowed us to have breakfast and afternoon snacks with the kids before moving on with our day. Responsive Communication: The booking chat and phone support were highly responsive 24/7. Accommodating Late Check-in: We arrived after midnight, well outside standard check-in hours. Although we had to wait outside for 30 minutes for someone to bring the key (despite communicating multiple times after landing), it was ultimately understandable and we were glad they managed to check us in that late. Great Base: I would recommend this apartment to anyone who plans to spend all day exploring and just needs a convenient place to sleep.

Accessibility: Be aware that there is no elevator and the apartment is up 5 flights of stairs. The staircase is very tight, making it extremely difficult to get up there if you have a lot of luggage. Unusable Baby Crib: We requested a free crib, but it wasn't there on our first night (we couldn't wait for them to deliver it because of our late arrival). They brought it the next day, but it was missing a mattress, rendering it completely unusable. AC and Noise: The apartment uses a mobile AC unit that requires the window to stay open for the venting tube. This completely defeats the purpose of the AC and lets in terrible street noise. The street is very loud around the clock: street musicians and crowds during the day, and car noise and ambulances throughout the night. Ground Floor Odors: There is a shisha bar/restaurant on the ground floor. The entire staircase smelled like smoke, and it generated additional noise. Broken Amenities & Outages: The washing machine door was broken and wouldn't open, and maintenance couldn't fix it during our stay. Additionally, the Wi-Fi went down for two full days, and the electricity stopped completely on one of the days. Housekeeping & Supplies: The apartment was not top-notch clean upon arrival. Also, just as an FYI, they do not clean the room or change towels during the stay. Finally, they only provided 2 designated city garbage bags, which is required for throwing trash out on the street, and this was not enough for our whole stay.
