The location
Some of the facilty were not upto the mark . Like the cooler or the plug of the ac was damaged.

Excellent location right next to the Natural History Museum and the V&A Museum, with a Tube station less than a minute away. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and perfect for families. The staff were very attentive and responsive throughout our stay.
The only minor issue was the music from the lounge restaurant downstairs on weekend evenings (around 9:00 pm to midnight). Cleanliness could be improved slightly, although it was still acceptable overall.

The location in South Kensington surely is great. It’s right opposite of the Natural History Museum. They allowed us to get to the room earlier than the official check in time. There was roof window and luckily it was not leaked even in heavy rain night.
- The check in staff was not providing any service and useful information. - On our first night there was no hot water for shower. We had to find out when we tried to use it. But when we enquired the WhatsApp hotline, the staff seemed to know it all the way. It was a bad experience. - Even though it’s on the top floor (5/F), the noise from party in bar on Sunday night was still bothering our sleep whole night. - We couldn’t find the shower gel and tried to reach the WhatsApp hotline. They promised us to let the helper to bring it but after two days there was no follow up at all. They responded real quick online but did nothing much really. - The hygiene could be better. - Sadly the lift was out of service.
