Kiváló elhelyezkedésű lakás legjobb része a nagy erkély, ami Északra nézett így mindig árnyékos volt. Nagyon közel volt a tengerpart, a kikötő és a tenger parti sétány és az éttermekkel. Tiszta, rendezett, a leírtaknak megfelelő lakás. Felszereltsége is megfelelő. Az erkély elrendezése kiváló.

Egy tojásrántotta sütéséhez használatos edény hasznos lenne.

The location was super nice. From bed to sunbed it was 5 minutes walk. Also sunbeds were free in many places in Kalamata. Apartment has all we need. It has a great balcony and a kitchen. Owner was quite nice and helpful. She provided us detergent for the washing machine.

It was clean enough, the Internet was quite good (though the password was extremely difficult to type). The fridge was big and new (I recommend reversing the doors). The ACs work well for heating. The washing machine is a great bonus. The balcony is huge, I think it's the best feature of the place, but it's not yet the season for long evenings on it.

There's a strong smell of naphtalene. When you spend a few hours inside, you get used to it, but when you go out for a few hours and come back, it hits you again. We kept the windows open every time we went out, risking that someone may break in, just to keep the rooms aerated, but still - naphtalene was there. Even the kitchen paper has absorbed the smell. I would not recommend to people with children or allergies, pregnant women or anyone with intolerance to chemical smells. In addition, the apartment (or is it a studio?) is very small, no room for keeping 2 open suitcases. And half of the wardrobe was locked, the other half was used as storage for blankets, so the wardrobe was unusable. The couch has already been mentioned by previous guests, no change. Overall, some renovations have been made, but most of the place is old. We are on a round trip around Greece, this is the most expensive stay we had. For a similar price we stayed in a huge apartment (over 70 sq. m.) with a free parking space in Volos. For around 10% smaller price we stayed in a hotel room (similar size, regular cleaning and linnen replacement) on Chalkidiki. Also for around 10% smaller price we booked a similar size studio in Parga, again with parking option, and all new furniture. Considering that Kalamata is the least touristic place of these, considering the condition and size of this apartment, considering other places we've stayed at in Kalamata, it feels seriously overpriced to me. I am aware that half of our stay was in the high-demand long weekend of 1 May, that Kalamata was full of people and this was one of the cheapest options at the time of booking, but I think the prices do not match the product. Honestly, if Kalamata becomes more expensive than places like Chalkidiki or Volos, people will reconsider where they prefer to spend their vacations.
