The Space:
A modern apartment on the 1st floor, fully equipped with amazing mountain view will offer you an unforgettable stay in our city!
The house features a spacious living room area equipped with a smart TV and a cozy sofa bed that can host comfortably 1 guest and a big balcony for some moments of relaxation.
You may prepare meals of your choice in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them either at the dining table or at the balcony while enjoying the fresh air and the peacefulness of the leafy neighborhood!
The first bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can turn into a double bed.
Both rooms have access to a private balcony.
The house also includes a bright and spacious bathroom with bathtub and a WC!

A lovely place to stay with plenty of room! Large open area with living room and kitchen. Very convenient with two restrooms. Nice balcony with table and chairs to wake up early and enjoy some coffee! Very convenient location! Access to the city center and to the beach and promenade is quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay and loved Kalamata.

Spacious , comfortable , lovely neighbours. Easy to find , good parking . 20 mins to walk to the beach .view of mountains from the bedrooms.Great shower .Good place as a base.The teenagers loved the big couch !Home from home .

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment. It felt as if we were guests in someone's home, with everything we might need to be found somewhere in the apartment.Parking was easy and the town centre close enough to walk. If we visit Kalamata again, we would stay here.
