Very fancy place, recently renovated with great aesthetic. Very comfortable for couple and up to 4 persons. Good location, near the coastline and 20min on foot from city center.

Relatively expensive for room (not hotel) but all comforts are just like the pictures provided.

It is relatively new and in great shape, with good supplies and everything needed for a stay. It was nice to have an equipped kitchen. The two TVs were nice too, with great channels (including international ones).

The location was not ideal, in that it was far from the beach we prefer. The location was also a little noisy as it was on a main road, so there was car noise. The balcony was not ideal for use during the morning, as there was too much sun and seating was limited (we had to ask for a 3rd chair which was a process). The buzzer for the front door is not hooked up and doesn't work from inside the apartment, so we had to ask for a 2nd set of keys. Special key card is required to enable electricity; this might be a hassle.
