Apartament czysty i przestronny, idealny zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Na miejscu znajdowało się wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego funkcjonowania. Dużym plusem są dwie oddzielne łazienki przypisane do każdego pokoju, co znacząco podnosi wygodę. Dodatkowym atutem jest basen dostępny na osiedlu. Na plus - tuż obok znajduje się Lidl, co ułatwia codzienne zakupy. Bardzo miłym akcentem był prezent od gospodarzy na powitanie ☺ Doceniamy także możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania oraz wygodny, samodzielny dostęp do mieszkania. Całość oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie.

Ale... Choć apartament oferuje widok na plażę, to bezpośrednio z tarasu widać również całodobową stację benzynową. Nam osobiście nie przeszkadzało to bardzo, ale warto uczciwie uprzedzić, że bywało momentami głośniej. Kolejną kwestią jest komunikacja publiczna, która okazała się dość słabo zorganizowana, trudno było uzyskać jasne informacje, gdzie dokładnie znajduje się przystanek i o której przyjedzie autobus, co sprawiało wrażenie pewnej loterii. To oczywiście nie jest wina Gospodarzy, a raczej specyfika miejsca. Dojście na plażę również wymagało dłuższego spaceru w jedną lub drugą stronę, co dla niektórych może być drobną niedogodnością. Natomiast kiedy już się tam dotrze, zdecydowanie warto 😊

Pool and garden, free parking place, close to supermarket and restaurants, calm area around, silent residence, weather, additional equipment (pool chairs, sun beds, beach umbrellas, shopping trolleys, windshield car sun protector, spacious apartment size, master bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner.

To get to the beach walking distance is approximately 20 mins. By car much faster.

We lived these 10 days that we booked here like in paradise! The owner met us in front of the house and showed and explained everything! Everything was prepared for the perfect rest. The owner took everything into consideration - even a sweet present for my child! The flat is very clean and in white tones! There are a lot of big supermarkets in 100-300m where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits and prepare food on the very clean and comfortable kitchen with all necessary things. There is a big swimming pool in the territory of the house. The owner prepared sun-beds and a lot of things for the pool. Our staying here was fabulous! Next year we want to come here again!

The property is clean and has everything you need for your stay, the beds were comfy and great to have a big fridge.

The location, although there is a sea view in the distance, the apartment looks directly onto a 24/7 petrol station and jet wash! loud and brightly lit. The other issue was the road noise from the busy dual carriage way in front of the petrol station, there is a burger king also that was very busy late at night. Finally, the apartment garden below looks like a squat! such a shame as the apartment was nicely presented. The apartment was expensive in comparison to better situated properties. I do think the owners should make renters aware that there will be road and garage noise.
