Fantastiskt fin lägenhet som hade allt, återkommer gärna. Bra sängar och köksutrustning. Välstädat och lätta att checka in, trevlig värd som svarar snabbt och är lätt tillgänlig.

De inrit van de parkeergarage is erg krap en onoverzichtelijk, maar daar kan de verhuurder natuurlijk niks aan doen.

The apartment is very modern, clean, secure and the location in Playa Flamenca is good. There is a large terrace.

The apartment is east facing so in March it got the sun only till about lunchtime, then it was in shadow for the rest of the day. The apartment was cold in the evenings at this time of the year. Be aware that there is an 84KW usage allowance for the week. This is not mentioned on the listing but the info appears after you have booked and paid. As the apartment was cold in the evenings we turned on the heat for 2 hours on the first night. This used 28KW so we didnt use it after this. For 5 days of our stay we turned off the air con completely. At the end of the week we had used 80KW.
