This spacious 3-story townhouse includes one bedroom with a double bed and private balcony access, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. The fully equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances and utensils. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, television, video on demand, washing machine, fan, electric radiators, and a gas heater. Electricity is included for a warm long-term winter stay.
Step outside to your private garden filled with plants and flowers, ideal for relaxing under the covered terrace or dining outdoors in the west-facing yard. A small grill is available for guest use. The rooftop features a 20 sqm sun terrace with sun loungers, a parasol, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The shared pool area is enclosed and just steps from the house, offering full sun from morning to evening throughout the year. A shared children's pool is also available.
Parking is available on-site with one shared space, and additional street parking options are nearby. Up to 2 pets are allowed on the property. The location offers convenient access to public transportation and is close to the beach. Self check-in is available for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.

Pros: The property & being local to all amenities!
Overall a very pleasant stay!
Cons: There wasn’t anything l didn’t really enjoy!
I had a job finding a plug to fit bath or sink.
Only downside for me was that the front of the property didn’t face the sun which would have been nice for a morning or evening relaxing drink & read!
And l did have a job finding more than a couple of channels on tv! But that was perhaps just me!
If l were to come again it would definitely be before the clocks go back as walked to some places on my own in the evening!

Pros: We had a great stay at la casita, there's everything you should need in gittes townhouse, it's spotless and home from home , everything you need in a short walking distance ,supermarkets, bars, restaurants, local market on Saturdays overall a wonderful stay ,thankyou gitte.

Pros: I CANNOT PRAISE THE HOUSE HIGHLY ENOUGH,EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS AT HAND AND THE OWNER HAS GIVEN IT A LOVELY 'HOME FROM HOME 'FEEL.
GITTE WAS VERY HELPFUL BEFORE,DURING AND AFTER .OUR STAY.
THE POOL AREA WAS GREAT AND WE MEET LOTS OF NICE PEOPLE FROM THE OTHER HOUSES.
IT WAS CONVENIANT FOR THE BEACH AND SUPERMARKETS.

Pros: My husband, teenage son, his frend and I spent 2 weeks in this nice house. It was about 20 min walk to the beach and many nice restaurants near the house. A great pool a round the corner and wery nice to sit on the porch. We loved it.
