A lovely place with a garden.

It is close to RER B station and several supermarkets on the way. There was no problem accessing the center of Paris. The best thing was the garden and a nice table there. We used the table for all meals. It was so nice outside, regardless of the weather condition. I really suggest this place.

Le côté rdc avec petit jardin et les commerce a proximité. Et très propre.

Le chauffage trop chaud impossible a régler. pas assez de prise de courant a la cuisine ,la lumière pas assez forte dans le salon cuisine et voir et faire quelque petit travaux .

La proximité du RER A

La propreté été moyenne, les toilettes sont cassé, la lunette aussi. La douche est rempli de calcaire, on peut pas ouvrir le volet du salon sans ouvrir celui de la chambre et réveiller tous le monde. Cerise sur le gâteau, la femme de ménage entre dans le logement, à 10h alors qu’on est là jusqu’à midi… c’est très très limite. Bon c’est Paris, pas de stationnement à proximité c’est chiant. Le canapé est sale, pas de tv dans la chambre aussi, c’est dommage. Des trous dans les murs, porte carrelage. Il manque des piles dans la télécommande de la tv. Vraiment pas agréable du coup.

Proximité du RER. Bien équipé, calme.

Le ménage laisse à désirer. Améliorer la propreté ( cheveux dans la douche, le lavabo). Plan de travail gras à l’arrivée.

Logement très confortable et très propre ! Parfait pour un couple

La sécurité de la résidence, la proximité du centre ville et des commerces, la proximité des transports et RER.

Concernant les ustensiles de cuisine il manque des couverts à salade, des mugs plus grands pour le thé et l’essoreuse à salade est incomplète (manque le contenant du panier).

Un peu décevant....

L'appartement est bien placé dans une résidence calme.

Nous avons négocié une baisse de prix. Les propriétaires sont certainement éloignés de la location et ne suivent pas ça de près. Le lave-linge est hors service (On l'apprend à l'arrivée). La bride de la cuvette du WC est cassée. Pas de livret d'accueil pour faire fonctionner le chauffage, la TV etc..A notre arrivée, logement non chauffé, on comprend pourquoi il y a un chauffage d'appoint. Le ménage n'était pas au top. Une porte coulissante du placards de la chambre était sortie du rail...Il a fallu contacter BOOKING pour enfin recevoir le rabais négocié. Dommage, car l'emplacement est bien, la résidence est calme et située proche de la station RER pour aller au centre de Paris ou encore Marne la vallée (Eurodisney, TGV Ouïgo...). Nous n'avons pas fait usage de la cuisine.
