Beautifully appointed, period seaside apartment

It’s not possible to score this anything less than 10/10 in every aspect. This must surely be one of the best properties available on the whole of Booking.com. It is extremely tastefully decorated, absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness, has a lovely outdoor terrace, and is in a fantastic location. The price is extremely good and would have been a steal at double the price. Thank you, Phil.

We usually stay in one of the mid range hotels for an overnight in Folkestone, but not anymore. Phils place is a little gem right on the seafront. Actually it’s not so little! There’s a lovely spacious wrap around courtyard at the front, where you can sit and soak up the sun. The apartment is very comfortable and well kitted out. The lounge is cozy with a comfortable couch & tv has Netflix etc. Kitchen Well equipped with a coffee machine & pods. Spacious modern bathroom and spacious bedroom with a good comfy bed & pillows. Phil is a great communicator and made us feel very welcome. We stayed for just the one night but this place is so well equipped that you could easily stay for a week or two.

Superb location and beautifully appointed. Spotless and very cos. Nice welcoming touch of coffee pods and biscuits. Couldn't fault anything. Very responsive owners.
