Beautifully appointed, period seaside apartment

Excellent communication and preparation by owner. Generous tea,coffee,milk for arrival. As well as 2 pain au chocolates

Well, to start with, just want to say a huge thank you to Phil, was so helpful and communicative in the days before and after our stay, including advising on parking options to help us upon arrival. The apartment is in a great location, just steps away from the beach and just 5mins walk of the Harbour Arm. That said it was really quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, no traffic noise or anything which was lovely. The apartment itself was nice and spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and everywhere was immaculately clean. The furnishings/style/decor was lovely too, managing to combine both modern and cosy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, we slept so well both nights! It was very warm weather during our stay, but we put the portable fan that was supplied to good use, and the supply of coffee/tea and little biscuits/brioche treats were also very much appreciated. So a huge thank you to Phil for such a wonderful break.

There was some building works/renovations on the apartments directly next door but it didn't affect our stay at all. There was no disturbance but there is scaffolding etc as the building is being spruced up. Didn't bother us but others may want to make use of the outdoor space for a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening.
