The property management - the staff were really responsive and supportive. They addressed our enquiries promptly and effectively.

The flat was very spacious and tidy, the beds were comfortable, all kitchen appliances available. The climate control worked perfect as we happened to have the coldest May weather unfortunately. Nice rain shower head. The host team was very friendly and answered any questions straight away. We liked the area as well, just 5 minutes from the Leas Hall, beautiful sea views from there.

Great location. Spacious, comfortable apartment in very good condition. Quiet.
It’s no huge deal, but the kitchen was missing common utensils like a bread knife and oven gloves. Heating worked, but was fiddly to control correctly.

Clean, functional and spacious apartment. Easy entry arrangements. Tea and instant coffee in abundance.
After completing the simple and efficient Booking.com process AND paying, I was asked to provide additional information and told of potential added costs. I had no choice but to continue.
On arrival, we found one medium-sized towel for two people and a non-functioning shower. The flat was soulless and the duvet.synthetic.As a regular user of Booking.com, I found this poor value for money.
When I raised issues, the administrators of the flat seemed more interested in sorting them for the next user, when a goodwill gesture could have worked wonders.
