It’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Facilities are brilliant. Very relaxing vibe. Near airport.

Nice physical property, but it lacks the execution and standard expected of a proper 5-star hotel.

At €520 per night, this property is severely overpriced and feels managed purely to optimize costs rather than provide 5-star hospitality. Service was lacking — no one guided me to my room, and I had to locate the gym and spa / gym on my own. The dining experience was equally disappointing. Breakfast offers no à la carte options, and key requests like fresh mint tea or specific egg dishes were unavailable. Dinner / breakfast rely entirely on a buffet format, which made navigating a severe garlic allergy extremely difficult due to the lack of clear labeling or tailored alternatives.

Beautiful building, lovely rooms and pool

The grounds and pool are beautiful as is the restaurant and bar area. The rooms are quite nice and were clean.

The service was appalling as was the buffet dinner. There is no other option for dinner and it’s expensive and the food just sits there and isn’t refreshed. Also there were a lot of flies/ bugs around the food with no nets to protect it didn’t feel very sanitary. The hotel organised a transfer for me which never arrived after a wedding and I am 8 months pregnant so that was not good. Also there was a mouse in our room which the hotel seemed unphased by and didn’t give us a discount or anything. All in all I can’t quite believe this hotel is 5 stars.
