Hacienda Son Antem Golf Resort, Autograph Collection

It’s a well kept hotel with a nice pool area and outdoor restaurant

Restaurant and bar service non-existent. We got single twin rooms instead of kingsize with poor sound isolation. Nice hotel but for me was not worth the price. Might be due to weddings at the time

Good swimming pool but mediocre hotel. I expected more from a Marriott.

Very expensive, poor sound deadening in the rooms, not very interesting or welcoming bar

It’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Facilities are brilliant. Very relaxing vibe. Near airport.

Nothing.

The grounds and pool are beautiful as is the restaurant and bar area. The rooms are quite nice and were clean.

The service was appalling as was the buffet dinner. There is no other option for dinner and it’s expensive and the food just sits there and isn’t refreshed. Also there were a lot of flies/ bugs around the food with no nets to protect it didn’t feel very sanitary. The hotel organised a transfer for me which never arrived after a wedding and I am 8 months pregnant so that was not good. Also there was a mouse in our room which the hotel seemed unphased by and didn’t give us a discount or anything. All in all I can’t quite believe this hotel is 5 stars.
