Hacienda Son Antem Golf Resort, Autograph Collection

This is a very high standard hotel and has security on the gate. Really secure and comfortable. Golf, padel and driving range available!! The spa is lovely.

I’d booked a family room on booking.com and it wasn’t big enough for 4 so I had to pay for a second room and felt like I was charged a second time for the kids breakfasts, the staff explained that all rooms include breakfast but I felt we could have been given a discount!

Beautiful setting. All very well kept

The property was beautiful, rooms were modern and spacious

Heated pool would have been a huge improvement

The grounds and pool are beautiful as is the restaurant and bar area. The rooms are quite nice and were clean.

The service was appalling as was the buffet dinner. There is no other option for dinner and it’s expensive and the food just sits there and isn’t refreshed. Also there were a lot of flies/ bugs around the food with no nets to protect it didn’t feel very sanitary. The hotel organised a transfer for me which never arrived after a wedding and I am 8 months pregnant so that was not good. Also there was a mouse in our room which the hotel seemed unphased by and didn’t give us a discount or anything. All in all I can’t quite believe this hotel is 5 stars.
