Everything
I asked the night before for late check out
Got told to come back before breakfast following day which I did to be told they were fully booked and couldn’t offer the late check out option

People are very nice. The breakfast was over what I expected. Very nice

It was very clean. A direct bus into Palma right outside the hotel!
The rooms were so small. The toilet was a tiny room directly at the foot of the beds. There was no bathroom as such and very little privacy!
