    We arrived late and the staff at the desk doesn’t speak English so it was hard to ask him things we need clarification with their hotel rules. The same staff doesn’t also want to give us towels and floor mats the housekeeping team didn’t replace during their clean up of the room. Good thing we were close to the utility cupboard and I took some from their directly. The hair dryer was not working and it wasn’t fixed, replaced nor we were transferred to a room with a working hair dryer for the duration of the stay. No exhaust in the bathroom and the aircon at night blows air that smells cigarette. I dunno if their centralised aircon’s ventilation system is integrated with the the room’s exhaust system as well. There is no fridge. The hand soap and shampoo/body soap containers were interchanged but the contents looks and smells similar. Overall this was a bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
