Location cannot be beat. Magical terrace overlooking the ocean and direct access to the beach.

Location, location, location! Sleeping with the sounds of the crashing waves and waking up on that terrace overlooking the bay is magical. I usually only opt for places with A/C but after reading the reviews, it's true that it isn't necessary. Nestled atop the hill, the cool breeze from the ocean keeps the home cool.

As you can tell from the pictures, it is an old house but that definitely adds to the charm! It could have been a little bit cleaner perhaps but the charm made up for it.

The view from this property is spectacular. With a large verandah to sit on, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a local wine or dinner over looking the sea. We enjoyed having space to relax in the evenings in the lounge and on the deck. It was nice to not be on top of each other. It’s an old villa so a few quirks but I booked it for the view and it was clean and comfortable enough. The kitchen was old but well appointed, so was easy to cook for oneself. Nice stroll back to the house along the promenade with the final climb back to the house.

The property whilst clean could do with a few updates/upgrades. Fly screens need replacing in bedrooms and bathroom to keep mosquitos out. Washing machine works but door needs fixing. You walk through main bedroom into lounge / to get to verandah. This worked as we were a family but if it’s 2 couples, it may not be enough privacy and the second d bedroom is quite small.

Very spatious, with a huge terrace facing the sea, showing so beautiful sunsets! Excellent equipped large kitchen. Romantic bedroom with stunning sea views. Quiet evenings, except the sound of waves ♥️. Very close to beach (55 stair steps, 2 minute of walking). Free sand beach very close. Chill inside, even in August (no need for AC).

. We loved our stay! The location is wonderful!

Corinne was VERY responsive and helpful! She couldn’t be nicer. She met us when we arrived, oriented us to the property and gave us suggestions of where to eat and what to do! She arranged someone to take our baggage to the Villa and also for transportation to the airport. She couldn’t have been more helpful!

One bedroom was very small.

Die Lage, die Terrasse, der Garten und der Blick aufs Meer waren wundervoll! Auch der Salon mit seiner Grandezza und seinen Geschichten war gemütlich und inspirierend. Kontakt und Kommunikation waren sehr schnell und sympathisch.

Leider sind Wohnung und Möbel sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Dieses Haus braucht unbedingt mehr Zuwendung! Das Bad und die Zimmer hinten raus sind muffelig und veraltet - wir haben sie kaum benutzt. Die Küche ist gross, jedoch ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen...
