This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath abode is tucked away on the South end of the Paradise Boutique Apartments. With easy access just off Pentz road, all Paradise has to offer is within a quick 10 minute drive from your stay.
Thoughtfully designed with style and comfort in mind, this is a space that begs you to truly make yourself at home. Whip up a meal in the kitchenette (with upgraded convection microwave, utensils, and all other basic essentials) and then kick back on the comfortable goose down filled couch. Enjoy an after dinner glass of wine from the loungers on your private patio and watch the sun set on the Feather river canyon.
In the bedrooms, you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep on luxury bamboo sheets & brand new Novaform Memory Foam mattresses, plus ample closet space (including a roomy walk-in) that invite you to unpack and settle in. Basic necessities are provided in each of the two bathrooms.
When you aren't unwinding in this absolute dream home, take some time to explore Paradise's lovely landscapes. Located just up the highway, find water recreation on Paradise lake, fantastic fishing in both Butte creek and the Feather river, and hiking trails galore.

Please note, this home is located in an apartment complex that is partially occupied by long-term tenants.
Some parts of the building are being renovated, and while it's unlikely to have an impact on your unit it is possible you may see or hear some construction staff. Their workday is typically done by 3pm, and they rarely work on weekends.
The back courtyard with the BBQ grill was recently closed for maintenance, but the apartment complex is working to open it back up as soon as possible!

Came to Paradise for a family event and found the accommodations to be quite nice, unit is very clean and the view of the canyon is perfect when enjoying coffee in the morning. Was good to have dedicated parking, no need to worry about is the spot going to be open when I return. The place is located within 10 minutes of local grocery, Starbucks, restaurants etc. There’s a nice park called Billie Park which was great for getting out and stretching legs and is pet friendly as well. I’d recommend staying if you’re ever in the area.

This rental is HUGE and very comfortable, but it does not have a kitchen, so you'll want to plan on eating off site.

Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!
