cozy mountain cabin retreat with HEAT PUMP for air conditioning or heat. Located in the mountains just a few minutes from lake Almanor and Mountain town of Chester.Creeks, Hunting, Fishing, UTV or ATV mountain off-roading , within 2-3 miles distance.... Winter is special and beautiful with snow and perfect setting for Christmas and Thanksgiving away . 2 blocks away within walking distance is a quaint restaurant offering home cooked food. All towns people are very friendly welcoming all who visit. Spring is delightful in the pine tree setting all around. and the aroma of pine where squirrels, rabbits, deer are visible everywhere in the rustling woods..

This looks like the host’s vacation home, so the cabin is well-stocked with anything you need. The location is about as close as you can get to Lassen Volcanic National Park. Heating is easily adjustable to your preference. Be aware that grocery stores are far away, so stock up before you get there. Would be perfect for two adults and two children. The primary bedroom’s king size bed was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood but we were there in early May, long before the season. Strong Wi-Fi available via Starlink.
