About this house rental
Pet friendly with yard pets will love to roam. Property is chain link fenced & gated + cross fenced/gated on 1/4 acre with outdoor patio furniture & Weber charcoal bbq on huge patio. Corn hole game, pathways, bird houses, windmill mill, fire pit with wood for your enjoyment. Outdoor fire pit usage only allowed on non burn days (please ask). All porcelain tile floors, granite kitchen counter top, deep stainless steel sink & 55" tv in living room and 50" tv in one bedroom. Black out drapes in bedrooms. Two storm screen doors that allow a nice cross breeze on autumn/spring days. Semi private area off main road which is shared by one other household. Outside smoking only with ash trays. Lots of gravel parking areas. Close to casinos, Lake Oroville, antique shops, Feather River, hiking trails, Chico, restaurants, fishing and more.
