The Cottage: This house is in a superb location. Located down a short drive you have plenty of privacy Water’s Edge nestles on an inlet overlooking the Owengarve river and Clew Bay and offers excellent river & lake fishing and deep-sea angling. The cottage is just 5 min drive from Mulranny village where you can find craft shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. You are also just 5 mins from the well know Nevens bar.
This is a great location for any outdoor enthusiasts – just minutes away from the Great Western Greenway, Head to Achill for a surf, Golf links, numerous walking trails and beaches to enjoy. Or if you are just looking to take a step back this quiet cottage as a beautiful decking over the inlet where you can enjoy. It is also a great location for discovering Mayo. You are just 20 minute drive from Ballycroy National Park, 20 mins from Westport and at the gateway to Achill island. So you will not get bored here!
Inside: This is a great spacious house much loved house which is bright and airy. You enter into a peaceful little sitting area. To your left you have a cosy country kitchen with everything you could need to cook up a storm or just relax and enjoy one of the many books in the little Library. Beside this you will find a beautiful sitting room with large comfy sofa, TV and stove to relax in. This room has windows on all sides helping to bring the outside in.
Down a short corridor from the entrance you will find large ensuite master bedroom with bath & shower and two more double bedrooms. There is also a further main bathroom with double shower.
This is a much loved house and will feel like a home from home.
