Fabulous four bedroom two storey holiday home situated close to Cowes main shopping strip and restaurants. Three bedrooms are situated upstairs with a bathroom and ensuite, also upstairs you will find the kitchen, dining and lounge, with a large balcony.
Downstairs is the fourth bedroom with bathroom, there is a large lounge as well. This property is large and would suit a family with children.

The house was spacious and in a great location close to the beach.

This is a great house with a good feel. The upstairs area is large, airy and light-filled, and the deck is a highlight - you can sit outside looking at the ocean in any weather, and there's a hammock to relax too.
The house includes everything you might need, including things that are sometimes missing from other places.
A few drawbacks to be aware of. It's not an easy walking distance to beach or town (but is in a lovely area, and a short drive to everything). We were disappointed to find it not as clean as we would have liked on arrival - we had to do a bit of cleaning ourselves. And there's no wifi.
The house would also benefit from a folder of instructions / advice / things to do / contacts. Simple things like how to use the air conditioner, stove top, BBQ, TV etc (and whether the XBox or wifi is available) - which can eventually be worked out, but would be nice to have an info pack along with key contact numbers. The only info provided currently was a list of all the cleaning we were expected to do when leaving, which doesn't lend a positive vibe!
Overall, a good house - would recommend.
