Situated in Cowes is this fantastic double-story holiday home with a lovely outlook, yet located in a very convenient location.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 living areas, there is enough room for the entire family. This modern home includes WIFI, ducted heating and cooling, and a beautifully landscaped backyard.
The nearest beach and other great amenities are only a few minutes away. There are parks nearby, perfect to have a picnic or take your little ones for a small playing time.

The lower level comprises the well-appointed kitchen that offers a gas cooktop, electric under-bench oven, and dishwasher. Also on the lower level is the living/dining room, laundry, powder room, additional toilet, and another formal lounge room.
On the upper level, you will find the grandmaster with a spacious walk-in robe and ensuite, 3 further bedrooms all with built-in robes, a family bathroom, and a second living zone with a TV.
Ducted cooling throughout the house keeps the home comfortable all year round.

Bedroom 4: 1x Queen bed - Sleeps 2 people
Included in the home: doona, doona cover, pillows and bath mats.
What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels and hand towels.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes hand towels.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

The property space, indoors and outdoors was nice, we enjoyed our stay.

The house was well presented and located in a great location. We like the deco of the house which made our 3 nights stay felt like 'at home'. The house had plenty of space (both indoor and outdoor) for 2 families and with great amenities.
