Location is a little off, on an area that is still developing good if you have your own car

It has a good location and its well kept. Surrounding areas were nice had you have restaurants and coffee places nearby. The beautiful terrace was our favorite to eat, spend time together as a family and the pool made all the difference. Very relaxing to just spend the day swimming if you didn't feel like going out. Kristina and her husband were very helpful and Kristina even helped me order a beautiful cake to celebrate my birthday!

My only suggestion would be to add a microwave.

We absolutely loved everything about this apartment! I stayed here with friends, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The location in Znjan (10 min from centre of Split by Uber - cheap too) is perfect - beautiful beach, great bars, and plenty of places to eat. The apartment itself was fantastic, with a heated pool, stunning sea views, and top-notch facilities. Our host, Kristina, was wonderful - she went above and beyond by recommending amazing spots for food, drinks, and sightseeing. We truly wished we could have stayed longer, but we’re already planning to return next year for another perfect getaway. :) Highly recommended! Thank you, Kristina, for making our stay so memorable! :)

Nothing - everything was perfect and cannot add anything!

This apartment is stunning and in a fantastic location 6 minute walk from the beach and 10 min taxi ride (€6) from the Palace and Old Town. The host Kristina was fantastic - recommending places to visit or eat and checking we were all ok. Highly recommend!
