Hard to sleep due to noise

Location, price is good, bed is comfy.

Bathroom sink leaking, shower head noisy, no windows other than the ones above the door which are very difficult to open/close. Just a lot of stuff in the apartment needs replacing. But the worst thing is the noise and not adequate heating, pretty difficult to sleep when you hear cars outside, garbage truck, people talking. If you cant handle the cold, dont come here during autumn/winter, as the ac barely works.

Not a comfortable stay

It was spacious,clean and in a central location.

There was no shower head support so showering was uncomfortable , the toilet lid was broken and the water draining lid. And most important The flat was COLD !The air conditioning wasn’t working December month. Originally contacted the owner and tried to give us some instructions how to make the heating work ,hours passed and the place wasn’t getting any warmer.We contacted the owner to complain about it and she didn’t give us any solution we said we would leave before the end of our stay and she said we can complain to booking for a refund. She seemed very indifferent. As it wasn’t a flat but a converted store with no proper insulation you can imagine the cold. And as a converted store in front of the street was very noisy but yes earplugs were provided. Not a good stay. Definitely not myrth and roses!

I don’t know what was worse: the fact that I felt like I am sleeping in the middle of the street because you enter from the street directly in the bedroom and all the noise form the street is in the apartment or the fact that the window is very small and I could not get any fresh air in the apartment and i felt unsafe to keep to door open to get some air (if you keep the door open everyone from the street can see you in the bed).

Good for a quick escape

I went with my husband for a quick escape. We liked the location,very close to the city centre and facilities. We did not like the fact that it was literally on the street and with no windows or sunlight. Generally, the price was appropriate and the staff was very prompt to address requests. Also, the room reflects the creativity and the uniqueness described by the pictures.

Good location, perfect for a weekend stay!

Easy access in the center of Thessaloniki, perfect for a weekend stay. A big nice bed with a thicker blanket that you could throw on top of the duvet since it was a bit cold at night. All utilities where available and in good condition.

Other that it being a bit cold, which is expected since it's March, everything was good. A bit noisy outside at times but earplugs where provided if you needed it.

Good value for a money

It was clean, well maintained. The location is very convenient. It’s very spacious and it has everything for a nice stay. The owner of the property was really interested in providing us the best service. Although the sound isolation wasn’t the best, the earplugs were provided and thanks to that we slept well.

The apartment was cold, and heating wasn’t effective.

Na ubytovaní je trošku chladnejšie, je v ňom klíma, no ani tá apartmán v aprilí veľmi nevyhreje. V letných mesiacoch si ale toto ubytovanie viem predstaviť, ako veľmi vhodné
