I do appreciate cleanliness, value for money and comfort of the property. Location also makes this object more appealing - you can easily get to the Old City of Gdańsk in 10-15 minutes on foot.
I must admit that this small room (10m2) is only a proper solution when you want to have a short trip - after spending couple hours in it, it is getting stuffy and muggy. Of course, it is completely understandable:)

the location was ok
We had only one bathroom for three rooms, so had to wait to use it, especially in the morning. Some guests arrived in the middle of the night and were very loud. Walls are made of paper, so it looked like they are walking in your room. So, both nights we had problems with night sleep. Parking is in the street, so if there is no space, you have to look for it.
