The interior was amazing

The location was wonderful. We were thankful there was a lift to the 3rd floor. The telephone assistance to complete our booking details.

Not being greeted by a human at any time. Not having a physical manual for the appliances in the unit.

We had a very good view from the terrace just next to our bed. All the instructions to reach the keys were super clear, we could check in after midnight. Bed is also very comfortable even if it’s an opened sofa.

We experienced sometimes a little musty smelled when we entered the room and the traffic also sounds a bit because the road where the flat is standing was surprisingly crowded during our weekend.

The apartment is in a good location. The sofa bed is comfortable and the apartment was clean. I enjoy self check-in so this is a plus, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is on a very busy street so If you arrive with a car, you'll most likely won't find a parking spot. There are a few parking garages near the accommodation but they all have really bad reviews so this caused some stress and anxiety. We ended up parking our car 15 minutes away at a garage that was quite more expensive but there were lots of spaces and you didn't have to leave your keys with the staff. The apartment itself was fine but it lacked character. Maybe some extra decorations would make it more cozy specially for people who spend more time at the accommodation. They put a hold of 350 euros in your card so you need to keep this in mind before booking the place. For some people this is not an issue but if you are on a budget, you need to make sure you take this into account. The refund was paid in full and it was quick though. They ask you to load your dirty dishes in the dishwasher before you check out but they did not provided us with soap tablets.
