Localização, tamanho do apartamento, apartamento bem equipado, tinha tudo o que foi necessário.

Está en una zona céntrica al lado del principal parque de Milán, a 20 min andando del Duomo y con una parada de metro a dos minutos. El apartamento está bien equipado y el aire acondicionado es imprescindible en verano.

En general me gustó todo pero estaría genial poner una tostadora. Donde dejar la basura parecía complicado pero preguntamos al anfitrión y nos envió un vídeo muy claro.

Good views being on the 9th floor. Location is walkable to everything. Spacious although a somewhat odd layout.

Having to use my phone to lock and unlock the door, which was unreliable. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable.

Great unit overall, perhaps less instructions would be nice. The fully functional kitchen was nice. The bathroom was clean and nice too. The beds were ok. Walking distance to the metro.

Too many instructions. The process to open the door requires you to watch a You Tube video and still does not work properly. The air conditioner did not work and we had to call the company. Their response was less than stellar. We figured that a wall switch was cutting the electricity to the units, so at the end we alone figured out the issue without the company's help. I informed them, they said "ok, thank you", like they did not know. Even when we made the air conditioner work, they had a set temperature and it was never cold, it would get really hot at night, with all the windows shut. Overall, not an easy restful night. And it was hot in Milano those days. And this is a very noisy intersection, so sleeping with the windows open is not an option. They windows open without any type of security. Also, for some reason, the owners of these places to not invest in towel hangers or holder, you have no place to hang your wet towel. Finally, travelers need a place to put their luggage, invest in a luggage stool. They are inexpensive and very useful.
