Nice, modern apartment, no noise and great location.

The stuff really needs to be improved. They did not answer my messages when I reported about constantly running water in the toilet and in case of other questions. It was also unique experience that they needed deposit for the possible damages.

The location was good, the apartment was big enough for two, the bed was comfortable.

The kitchen utensils, pots and plates were dirty, with old dried food stuck to them. Overall, the kitchen was poorly cleaned and disgusting, which ruined our stay. The check-in experience is extremely annoying. You are forced to complete online forms at least 24 hours prior just to avoid an absurd 30€ fee for an on-site check-in. €30 just for 5 minutes of someone’s time and a simple, warm welcome? It completely destroys any sense of genuine hospitality and simple human connection. I travel frequently and have never seen such a guest-unfriendly policy.
