A reasonable choice for a stopover, but the service workflows need improvement.

A decent transit hotel. Good breakfast.

The room was not prepared for a third guest — there was no set of bed linen. I called the reception and expected the mistake to be acknowledged and resolved with an apology, which would have solved the issue. However, I had to go to the reception in another building myself to get the linen set. When I returned to the room, it turned out that the set was incomplete... so I had to go back to reception again. Such issues should be handled by the staff, not by the guests.

Everything is new and clean. We got keys in the reception in hotel across the street (free parking there). Wifi for our apartment did not work, we were offered to use the neighbors wifi, when I complained about a weak signal, I got a new router immediately.

Nice, clean and large apartma. It is near to city center. Kolobrzeg is a beautiful city. You can park free on public parking lots behind hotel or near Inter Marche store.

Poor variety of food, only one or two warm food on dinner rest of it was cold cuisine. Quite noisy street in early morning hours because of Kaufland deliveries. Receptionist absolutely don't understand English, only Polish and German. You can pay tourist tax only by cash.

The customer service received from the lady in the reception was excellent, very good communication and quick respond, supportive and in high standard. The studio was very clean and modern.

Rather comfortable stay

The glass wall right in front of the bed... maybe it looks stylish, but is completely impractical and adds unnecessary risk of breaking by accident. I did not like the fact that the workers finishing up the property could get into our apartment anytime as they had access through code.

Jako centrum polecam. Do plaży jak dla mnie trochę trzeba się naspacerować.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, wiele opcji do wyboru. Fajnie bo centrum wszędzie można zjeść coś dobrego polecamy" Polskie Jadło "a na dobre piwko do baszty.

Szkoda, że śniadanie było w innym budynku, ale przynajmniej w naszym apartamencie było nowocześnie. Było blisko więc ok jednak trzeba się ubrać a potem poszukiwać szatni na miejscu. Na minus jest płatny parking tym bardziej, że jest pobierana kaucja za pobyt.

Sam apartament to oczekiwany standard.

Opłaty za: 1 doba parkingu 40 zł... parodia! Kaucja 400 zł za... właściwie nie wiem za co, oraz 100 zł za... pilota do garażu " jakby Pan nie oddał"! Słabo to wygląda drodzy właściciele. Średnio odwiedzam takich miejsc rocznie około 50 w całej Polsce i nie spotykam się z... kaucjami za "coś".

Neues und wunderschönes Apartment mit Tiefgarage

Ganz neues, ruhiges, wunderschönes und stylisches Apartment für einen wirklich kleinen Preis. Küche war super ausgestattet inkl. 2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine und sogar Spülmaschinentabs waren vorhanden. Im Badezimmer gab es 4 kleine Fläschen gratis Shampoo. Schlafzimmer ist durch Vorhänge von den anderen Räumen abgegrenzt - wirkt sehr smart und zugleich luxuriös. Nebenan ist ein riesiger Kaufland. Das Apartment ist grundsätzlich super zentral gelegen. Im Haupthaus gibt es sogar eine Sauna, die man für 50 Zlt / Stunde privat buchen kann.

Ich suche, finde aber nix. Vielleicht, das die Rezeption auf der anderen Straßenseite ist.

Przy odbiorze kluczy nie otrzymaliśmy hasła do wifi. Nim odebraliśmy klucze musieliśmy odczekać prawie godzinę żeby wycieczka niemiecka została zameldowana. Reszta ok

Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war außergewöhnlich vielseitig und ansprechend angerichtet. Das Appartement verfügte über alles was man braucht.

Es erfolgte keine Reinigung innerhalb des einwöchigen Aufenthalts, lediglich die Müllentsorgung und Handtuchtausch.

Apartament był ładny i estetycznie urządzony. Okolica spokojna, co sprzyjało odpoczynkowi (choć z małym zastrzeżeniem – o tym niżej).

Niestety, mimo ogólnego spokoju, hałas dobiegający z pobliskiego marketu był uciążliwy. Obsługa pozostawia wiele do życzenia – pani na recepcji była nieuprzejma i wyglądała na niezadowoloną z pracy. Dodatkowo, mimo że wszystko zostało opłacone pierwszego dnia, kolejnego dnia dowiedzieliśmy się, że parking jednak nie został uwzględniony. Na miejscu brakowało kompletnej pościeli, a w łóżkach i łazience znajdowały się włosy, co budziło poważne wątpliwości co do czystości i przygotowania apartamentu.

bardzo czysto, mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, posiadające wszystkie udogodnienia. Było idealnie wysprzątane. Pani w recepcji była bardzo pomocna i kompetentna

jedyne, do czego mogę się doczepić, to kontakt z panią menager. Z powodu oblodzenia wjazdu na parking podziemny spaliliśmy sprzęgło i mało brakowało, a auto uderzyłoby w ścianę wjazdu i bramę. Początkowo Pani zapewniała, że napisze mi pismo z gwarancją, że jeżeli auto będzie wymagało naprawy, firma zwróci koszt, po czym po konsultacji z innymi osobami zmieniła zdanie i to ja miałam pisać pismo, aby firma mogła wyjaśnić sprawę z zarządcą budynku ... Tylko, że ja nie miałam umowy z zarządcą, a z hotelem i tu liczyłam na kompetencję w prostej sprawie
