Amazing place!
Easy check -in, beautiful location, beautiful apartment. Perfect size for a family/group of friends. It's truly an amazing stay and I recommend everyone to stop by here if you're looking for a place in Kolobrzeg
Loud neighbors, but can't really expect anything else from a beach city with lots of partying around. Lack of service in the underground garage, meaning I couldn't connect with my Tesla if the car alarm went off. One day there was construction down there and the car was all dirty afterwards, with people also looking inside, sitting on the car to take pictures and leaving stains on the car. All recorded with my sentry mode.

Sehr schöne Wohnung nähe Altstadt.
Wohnung sehr gemütlich, modern ausgestattet, großer Balkon, ruhig gelegen (keine Straße daneben). Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschine vorhanden. Insgesamt Küche gut ausgestattet. Bett/Matratze sehr bequem. Couch im Wohnzimmer kann man ausziehen zur Schlafcouch. Tiefgarage ist im -2 vorhanden. Nähe zur Altstadt super, Kaufland Rossmann Pepco 5 Min zu Fuß. Strand ist weiter weg, da muss man 25 Min gehen. Schlüssel ist im Safe, für die Eingangstür bekommt man einen Code. Die Fernbedienung für die Garage und für die Schranke ist in der Wohnung, diese muss man vor der Einfahrt in der Wohnung abholen.
Für Kälteempfindliche sind Decken im Schlafzimmer sehr dünn. Wer mit Auto kommt, ich empfehle eigene Decken im Winter mitzunehmen. Vorsicht sehr steile Garagenein-/ausfahrt im Winter mit Schnee!!! Absolute Rutschgefahr. Meine Empfehlung, Schnee vorher selbst wegräumen, wenn es nicht schon gemacht ist.

Ser schönes Apartment
Sehr netter Gastgeber und unkomplizierte Schlüssel Übergabe.Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Wir waren zum zweiten mal da und sind sehr zufrieden, dass wir das Apartment wieder gebucht haben und dürften die Schlüssel zum Apartment viel eher abholen, vielen Dank noch mal dafür an den freundlichen Gastgeber !
