Nice apartment

Very nice and well equipped apartment. We enjoyed two balconies. Walking distance to beach and a town is ok, we walked with kids every day. Parking and a small shop just around corner were also good. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect

The accommodation exceeded our expectations ! Very friendly owner, great communication. We arrived a little late, so the owner gave us the keys directly and showed us the apartment, but instructions how to get the keys we received in SMS. The apartment is on the top floor, with a view of the city, two balconies, a beautiful design in a nautical style that fits the location of the accommodation (Kołobrzeg), a parking place in the area, about 20 minutes' walk to the beach. The next time we visit Kołobrzeg, we will prefer this accommodation, I definitely recommend it ! Thank you for the opportunity to be here.

Podsumowując – bardzo polecamy i dziękujemy za udany pobyt 😊

Pobyt uważamy za bardzo udany. Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania pod wieloma względami. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują wygodne łóżka, dzięki którym naprawdę można odpocząć, piękny widok z okien, który uprzyjemniał każdy poranek, a także dwie łazienki, w tym jedna z ogromnym, bardzo komfortowym prysznicem. W całym obiekcie panowała nienaganna czystość. Dużym atutem jest również winda oraz dedykowane miejsce parkingowe, co znacząco podnosi komfort pobytu. Lokalizacja jest świetna – wszystko w zasięgu ręki. Kontakt z gospodarzem był doskonały, a wszelkie wskazówki dotyczące zameldowania, pobytu i funkcjonowania apartamentu zostały w pełni i jasno wyjaśnione. Bardzo dziękujemy za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania już o godzinie 12:30 – bardzo to doceniamy i jesteśmy wdzięczni za taką elastyczność.

Aby być w pełni szczerzy, zwrócilibyśmy jedynie uwagę na kilka drobnych elementów wymagających poprawy – niektóre naczynia są już dość zużyte (widoczne rysy i ubicia na talerzach czy kubkach). Dodatkowo miłym gestem byłaby kawa, herbata czy woda mineralna na powitanie – obecnie jest to już standard w wielu obiektach.

Mieszkanie wygodne, przestronne i w świetnej lokalizacji. 10 minut pieszo od dworca PKP, blisko przystanek autobusowy, biblioteka i inne usługi. Do plaży 20 minut spacerem.

Waren angenehm überrascht für diesen Preis..

Sehr gut war die Lage, die Umgebung, die Aussicht, 8. Stock, die Wohnung war sehr groß, sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fure wurden täglich gereinigt. Parkplatz war auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Wir konnten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch den Hafen sowie das Stadtzentrum fußläufig erreichen, man hat als Tourist sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Tolles Kaffee in der Nähe.
