About this house rental
3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom & 2 half bathroom beachside pool home located on a peaceful block in South Beach with only 12 homes on one side of street only-making it a super secluded neighborhood.
A short walk (2 MINUTES) along the road to private deeded beach access. Cross the sand dune and smell the sea. It is not uncommon to have the entire beach to yourself.
The space:
3 bedroom 2 full and 2 half bath home- All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and each has its own walk-in closet.
Master bedroom: King Bed, large bathroom and massive walk-in closet en suite. Balcony off of the master bedroom with 2 rocking chairs - listen to the waves!
65" Smart TV in Master
2nd Room: Queen size bed, walk-in closet and 43" Smart TV
3rd Room: (2) Queen size beds, walk-in closet and 65" Smart TV. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.
High-Speed Internet Access Xfinity Xtreme (400Mbps download)

100% access to everything on property.
Private pool in fenced backyard.

**In an effort to keep equipment and amenities in good working order, we may replace/change them from time to time. Living near the sea regularly causes salt water corrosion.

Ninja Coffee Pot with Milk Foamer (Drip coffee maker)
Nina Foodie Air Fryer and Pressure Cooker
Ninja Foodie Digital Fry and Convection Oven with air fryer capabilities
NutriBullet Blender (with single serve option)

Egg Cooker (Check out the Dash on Amazon)
Multiple baking and roasting pans (I love to cook)
Travel coffee mugs (for morning beachside sunrise)
Ice Maker in the wet bar for drinks (separate from main freezer)

Fireplace- currently the fireplace in the living room is not operational as we work through a permanent fix and permitting rules with the county.
