this is a great spot. House is spacious, nicely laid out, Master bedroom is lovely, It was clean and had plenty of extras such as towel, Beach acessories, kitchen utensils and equipment . pool is very nice and it's a short walk to a private beach .

This property was absolutely wonderful! It checked all our boxes of what we were looking for in a house for a family vacation with some extra amenities that were very appreciated. Having all King size beds was great for multiple couples. The location and proximity to the beach was fabulous and in such a secluded and quiet area away from public beach access but still close enough to a lot of restaurants and only a couple minutes from a Publix. Most of the time it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves! We loved the dining table in the sun room and enjoyed many meals and family games there. There were lots of areas to hang out as a whole family or separately. The huge TV’s were awesome! The pool was a wonderful bonus and so relaxing and well thought out; very private and all the water features and temperature controls made it feel so spa like. The boardwalk to the beach was so nice, with foot washing stations and benches along the way, it was a nice way to travel back and forth. The balcony on the second floor that received afternoon shade was a hit with everyone, many naps were had there listening to the ocean waves! Lots of dolphins and pelicans and sea turtles nesting too. All in all, a very relaxing trip and we didn’t leave the house except for dinner out each day!

Our extended family enjoyed the pool and long walks on the beach and along the well positioned sidewalks. The neighborhood is safe and protected behind the electronic gate. We would definitely stay again.

We get together every year in Vero Beach From Portland, Savannah and Williamsburg, Va. enjoyed this year as much as our other 27 years. This is the second year I’m this particular house
